ALT AI App is a futuristic holographic AI companion designed to bring intelligent assistance into everyday life. Featuring a customisable 3D avatar, a neon cyberpunk visual identity, and an intuitive interface, ALT handles weather, news, tasks, and smart context through a single immersive app. (Research) The design process began with deep exploration of spatial interface logic and character creation systems. Cyberpunk aesthetics were studied, referencing Cyberpunk 2077’s neon palette (#FF13A9 magenta, #0921FF electric blue, #E8FF03 acid yellow), alongside typographic pairings using Urbanist and Frizon. High-fidelity wireframes mapped five core screens: Onboarding, Home Dashboard, Account, Discovery, and ALT Interaction Mode. (Progress) Visual experiments pushed the holographic character across multiple render stages, from base mesh to stylised hologram, achieving a distinctive glowing blue-teal aesthetic. UI components were layered with neon accent rings, translucent dark surfaces, and animated microinteractions, creating a cohesive interface that feels both futuristic and approachable across all five screens.
